CUISINE

Using seasonal local produce along with regional specialties, authentic Japan/French cuisine or Japanese-French fusion cuisine, as well as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal menus will be well-prepared to exceed the expectations of multinational guests. All dishes have been made under the supervision of our Zagat Survey award-winning chef. One of our restaurants called KIWAMI, has also been rated as No.1 restaurant in Japan on local review site.

Shu Ishii

After establishing a successful career at a famous French restaurant in Switzerland, Mr. Ishii returned to Japan and opened his own restaurant in Kobe. The restaurant ranked first for four consecutive years in Zagat Survey, one of the world's most influential restaurant guides on par with Michelin. He has took up a new role as the grand chef of VMG HOTELS & UNIQUE VENUES since 2012.
